Key project accomplishments include the strategic installation of an Electrolyser for green ammonia production, the innovative development of a groundbreaking fuel cell containerized system designed to power datacenters, and the large-scale implementation of hydrogen-fuelled SOFCs powering two cruise ships. I introduced and implemented project management processes from the ground up, including SCRUM and agile methodologies and support to structuring SolydEra from start-up to a structured company.
