I perform the roles mentioned at a well-established company that has been active for over forty years in the construction and maintenance of HV/MV/LV electrical, technological, and mechanical systems. My main focus is on electrical and technological installations. I have a strategic role in technological innovation and business operations management.• I collaborate with the bidding department team in preparing proposals, researching solutions, and designing component and system integrations. I am involved in creating cost estimates and engaging in commercial negotiations. I conduct site visits and meet with clients and suppliers both in Italy and abroad.• I handle the study and preparation of commercial proposals, with a particular emphasis on specialized systems and innovative software solutions such as data collection through IoT systems and the implementation of Building Management Systems, SCADA/BACS.• I am involved in establishing commercial agreements with technical partners and serve as the company\'s contact for companies like Iconics, Loytec, Dallmeier, and Camco. I have introduced the use of a CMMS/EAM software platform for maintenance management in SaaS mode and provided training to colleagues on its usage.• I have evaluated LoraWAN solutions and am currently developing a collaboration with a company for the use of middleware for IoT platforms, aiming to create a Building Management System (LightBMS) in SaaS mode.• I am also responsible for Proof of Concept (PoC) projects and have created and manage a network of engineering service providers, CAD designers, PLC programmers, and specialized component suppliers. I have established a dedicated technical area for component testing and colleague training.
