I lead the IH expert community in DSM-FIRMENICH (IH Tier-1 network), liaise with colleagues in various functions to ensure IH topics are understood and addressed professionally and according to latest industrial standards and developments. I safeguard IH-knowledge and competences through an external network with peer companies and education institutes.
