Executes business plans with focus on operational performance, financial goals, and profitable growth. Develops and sustains good customer relationships to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Champions efforts around operational discipline & productivity (eg. LEAN, 5S, gemba-walks). Works across all levels of Linde organizations to achieve desired results into a cohesive and effective management team.
