I am a Full Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology. My expertise include organizational development, personnel training, recruitment and selection and, of course, research design, implementation and reporting. Apart from Italy, I have teaching experiences in Czech Republic, Finland, France, India, Romania, Poland, and USA. I published on international peer-reviewed journals in the area of Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management. My main research interests include what fosters career development and employability within and outside organizations, organizational well-being, and how balancing effectively work and family demands and experiences.
