ABOUT ALESSANDRO IVIGLIA
I\'m a Global Product Manager graduated at Politecnico di Torino (Italy) in Industrial Design. After an experience in the ergonomics research field, I have been working in the User Interaction Department in C.R.F (Fiat Research Center). During the 4 first years I focused on the Physical Ergonomics and after that, I was involved in the Cognitive Ergonomics Team. My main activity is to provide competence and knowledge in design, graphics and logic and flow in HMI. Main intervention areas aimed at product research and development are the assessment of product’s usability, driver distraction and user’s situational awareness and emotional status during the interaction with common and innovative HMIs.Since October 2013 I work in Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), with the role of Project Manager Performance Engineer, with the responsibility of project management in order to grant the ergonomics performances along the product development. Since 2013 I was involved in Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio project in Modena, as Project Manager for ergonomics, HMI and perceived quality. In 2016 I have covered 2 positions as responsible of perceived quality for Alfa Romeo-Maserati and as Global Product Manager for Alfa Romeo Giulietta and Mito.Since 2017 I’m Global Product Manager for fluid solutions in Roechling Automotive in Bozen.I’m responsible for different automotive components (cooling system, washer system, climate ducts and cowlgrill) and I support development team and sales department. I’m involved in requirements definition, in the budget definition, and I have to meet deadlines and collaborate with the team in order to respect the development time.Awards- Iveco Glider Brevet for HMI development (Hannover 2009)- Speaker in HFES 2013 (Turin) for ecoDrive european project- Speaker in we.Conect 2011 (Berlin)- Speaker in Automotive interiors Expo 2010 (Stutgart)
