Responsible for NHI Quality Assurance and its strategy for deployment to Airbus, Leonardo and GKN Fokker (as Partner Companies).Coordination of the NHI Partner Companies and NATO Management Organisation to ensure customer satisfaction for the end-user of the Helicopter. Set-up a new process for customer satisfaction and carried out a first formal survey for NHIndustries. With 5 direct reports and functional reporting of 4 PC Quality Managers (NL/ GER/ FRA/ ITA) managing the Quality performance and process improvements on the NH90 via the partner companies. Part of the NHI management team and reporting to NHI directorate and Partner Company Quality Director. Ensuring compliance against national EMAR Part 21 G/J and EMAR Part 145 regulation, EN 9100, ISO 9001 and NATO requirements AQAP 2310, AQAP 2110 with a proper flow down of requirements within NHI and the all the Partner Companies. Formal role as Chief of Independent Monitoring Function (JMAAN Form 4 holder).
