ABOUT ALESSANDRO GATTAI
I have been working in human resources since 1989, starting at ENEL in the HR Office. Since I have been involved in consulting and training for companies. I gained experience as an HR Manager at a multinational company, Sterling & Wilson, in the EPC/oil and gas sector, as well as in other smaller companies.I also worked as an HR Business Partner at a medium-sized company in Florence specializing in the design and construction of pharmaceutical plants. Additionally, I collaborate as a Head Hunter with a firm based in Milan.Currently, I serve as HR for Italy and Southern Europe at Commissioning Agents. I previously held the role of HR Manager at the international architecture firm Marco Casamonti and Partners.I hold a PhD in Organizational Psychology and have worked as an HRBP in the management teams of several large Italian companies. I have extensive experience in personnel management, organizational development, and the creation of company processes and policies, with a strong focus on cost-saving strategies.Furthermore, I have conducted work-related stress risk assessments in over 100 companies. I also collaborate with the University of Florence’s placement service as a consultant.
