Engaged by Anchorage Capital Group as Fractional CFO to support the fund in the restructuring and relaunch of SAXA Group, an Italian manufacturing company producing porcelain stoneware tiles for the European and North American markets. The first phase of the project focuses on validating the assumptions underlying the industrial economics of the business plan and on managing liquidity during a highly delicate transition period for the Group.

Results-oriented professional with experience in different sectors such as: consumer products (e-commerce included), TLC, logistics, corporate services, advisory and academic research. As CFO, CEO and Board of Directors member, I’m currently leading one of the top branches of an International Group based in Spain. In the last part of my career, I had to face a period of significant transition and consolidation, showcasing exceptional leadership, adaptation, organizational capabilities and resilience. Strongly focused on FP & A, controlling, treasury mgmt. and accounting areas, since the very first part of my career I had the opportunity to engage in challenging projects on designing and implementing from scratch: management control models and finance dept. processes for different industries. Experienced in maintaining collaborative relationship at all levels (shareholders, board of directors, statutory auditors, financial institutions, legal advisors and C-level managers), I enjoy a strong and fruitful teamwork with all professionals I’ve been in contact with.
