ABOUT ALESSANDRO BONANNI

I spent the greatest part of my professional life engaged in international business contests, dealing with deep transformation and change management issues related to people and organisation development. I developed great familiarity with working in rapidly changing environments, handling very different components that need to be harmoniously integrated.As CHRO, I full leveraged all People and Change items and managed internal and external stakeholders’ relations to lead complex transformation programs to enable the achievement of business strategic goals in different companies.After several years as CHRO in big companies in different industries, I started a new company, Human Beat, a network of high experienced Chief Human Resources Officers and Chief Transformation Officers to support small and medium-size enterprises who need to lead complex transformation processes. As Human Beat Founder and CEO I support companies in People Development (e.g. generational transition and succession planning, upskilling and reskilling for digitalisation, diversity, equity and inclusion, welfare and people care, etc.), Change and Transformation (culture, people, process, organisation and communication, etc.), Organisation Development and Business Process Improvement (e.g. reengineering and automation, sizing and re-sizing, process skill needs, etc.), Business Empowerment (e.g. business models, job mapping, performance and skill appraisal, incentive systems, etc.), Cost and Risk Management (e.g. HR planning & control, HR risk management, process & organisation gap analysis, etc.), Funding for transformation programs (e.g. PNRR, Fund for new skills).I believe in sustainable entrepreneurship, meeting the highest standards of social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose. In this contest I have addressed program of initiatives aimed to pursue the UN SDGs, UN Global Compact targets and the Benefit Corporation model.Alongside my professional skills, I put a predilection for human relationships as source of mutual enrichment.Fine arts, design and architecture, physics, Italian and international wine culture are my great passions. I managed an art photo gallery for five years.
