Client: ENI S.p.A & PETROCI JV – feasibility (Sept.21 to Dec.21) and EPC up to Mechanical Completion and Commissioning for Baleine project – Onshore section.The Firenze FPSO barge, after proper modifications and refurbishment works, have been positioned in the offshore of Ivory Coast to support the production of a Phase 1 based on three (3) wells oil producers with bbl./day of plateau and around 17.5 MMSCFD of associated gas. The new 12” Gas Export pipeline of Baleine Project connected the FPSO thru an offshore pipeline section (of 80km length) and an onshore pipeline section of 11 km length in Abidjan city center connected with existing PetroCI CI-11 plant in Abidjan industrial area. The GE pipeline is designed for an overall maximum gas rate of 140 MMSCFD at design pressure of 160 barg. The new onshore receiving facilities has been built inside the existing Petroci-CI-11 plant is composed by a pig trap receiver, an HYPPS, a fiscal metering system, a Process Instrument Electrical building (PEIB), all connected with central control room in existing Lion GPL plant. Is also included in SoW the connection to the existing flare. At the end of the offshore pipeline section, a beach remote valve plant area is provided to isolate all the onshore section. The onshore pipeline section is provided with a leak detection system; the operator can close the beach valve from Central Control Room in PetroCi-CI11 plant. Gas in has been completed successfully.
