ABOUT ALESSANDRO BERNES
I am currently working as an assistant professor (RTDa) at the Department of Economics, Ca\' Foscari University of Venice. My studies focus on data protection with particular regard to scientific research purposes and health data sharing. Furthermore, I am the Principal Investigator of the PRIN 2022 PNRR project titled \"PADS4Health\"(Privacy-Aware Data Sharing model for Health data). Another research activity I am also keen on is residential tourism. The latter topic has been analyzed in the monographic work I have published (A. Bernes, Proprietà immobiliare e condivisione fra legge e contratto. Dalla comunione al condhotel, Giappichelli, 2024), in which I have explored in particular the connection between immovables goods and consumer protection and the latest business model named \"condo-hotel\". After obtaining my law degree, I also worked as a trainee in a law firm and then I acquired the qualification to practice as a lawyer.
