Eric Ries, in his book \"The Lean Startup\", wrote that “entrepreneur should be advised by a lawyer in order to be fully aware of the risks”, where both startups and investors are to be considered entrepreneurs.On the one hand, I advice startups during their life cycle through legal assistance in topics which are strictly related to the startup environment, namely corporate, privacy, ICT, IP and contract law. The assistance provided is also related to the economical growth of startups thanks to connections with complementary professionals, incubators, accelerators, crowdfunding platforms and investors.On the other hand, I advice investors both when an investment is still in process and after they have invested. In concrete terms, the advisory starts with a legal due diligence within the investment process and continues with legal assistance when the investment is concluded: this, first, ensure the legal risks analysis and, then, guarantee the proper legal protection of the investment.
