My experience in the hospitality industry taught me how to anticipate customer needs, communicate with diverse groups, and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments; all skills that directly translate to marketing and brand management. Training and mentoring teammates, managing service flow during peak hours, and ensuring consistent guest satisfaction strengthened my leadership and problem-solving abilities.Beyond hospitality, I’ve also gained experience in creative storytelling and digital strategy. I enjoy blending creativity with analysis; understanding what engages people, and then designing experiences or content that make them feel connected to a brand.
