Passionate about technology from early age, today I am satisfied to live in a productive context. I have the opportunity to follow both the development of prototypes and the continuous improvement of components in the range. I take care of the optimization of production processes applying the Lean Production system to reduce waste and create standardized processes with low cost, making use of the continuous comparison with people in both the plants in Vicenza and Romania, where I go frequently. The pragmatism of my role is stimulating, because it alternates social collaboration with the design of solutions aimed at achieving company objectives.
