I’m always doing that which I cannot do, in order that I may learn how to do it” Pablo Picasso I consider my way of doing things and set myself into the questions that appear in front of me extremely versatile, not only in a work contest. I adapt easily to changes, I like to look for improvements in the job that I do to get my utilities, my contribution to the objective. Scouting represents me the most, I have been used to analyze the context in which I am to identify weaknesses and strengths and act on them, regardless of the effort that is required. Thanks to my current employment and the experience gained through the work done during the International Management studies at University, I think I have developed a liking for roles of service to customers and the organization \"behind the scenes\". “Cerco sempre di fare ciò che non sono capace di fare, per imparare come farlo.” (Pablo Picasso) In generale considero il mio modo di agire e di pormi sulle questioni che mi si presentano innanzi estremamente versatile, non solo in ambito lavorativo. So adattarmi facilmente ai cambiamenti, mi piace ricercare migliorie nelle mansioni che svolgo per trovare la mia utilità, il mio apporto al raggiungimento dell’obiettivo. Lo scouting mi rappresenta al meglio, sono stata abituata ad analizzare il contesto in cui mi trovo per individuare criticità e punti di forza e agire sulla base di essi, indipendentemente dallo sforzo che mi viene richiesto. Grazie alla mia posizione lavorativa attuale e all’esperienza acquisita tramite i lavori svolti mentre portavo avanti gli studi di Management Internazionale, ritengo di aver sviluppato una predilezione a ruoli di servizio verso i clienti e all’organizzazione “dietro le quinte”.
