During my studies, I have always been a motivated and a competitive student. Nowadays I am a passionate female professional working in international hygiene and health manufacturing environment, covering a role that enables me to make the difference and deliver valuable work on daily basis. My way of thinking is setting goals and doing my best to reach them, while collaborating with colleagues and peers. My passion for foreign languages and intercultural relations is definitely one of my biggest strength in professional and private life. Through my working experience and my university career, indeed, I have acquired a good ability to build and develop relationships with people coming from different countries and cultures. I am very open-minded and dynamic. I like enhancing my knowledge everyday and keeping up-to-date with what is going on around me and in the world. Over my university career and working experience I learnt how to manage my time and duties effectively.As a professional I bring several years of combined manufacturing and IT working experience, especially in domains of manufacturing execution, quality management, RESH (Risk, Environmental, Safety, Health) and Maintain to Improve. Through out the last 9 years in Essity I carried out several activities including people and teams management, financial planning, IT project managements, roadmaps creation and execution alongside with involvement in M&A activities. I also bring an extensive knowledge around software validation process for medical productions, having personally carried out various validations. My goal is to develop professionally in different domains within a challenging international company, while experiencing different working environments and developing relations with business partners. Our job is a big part of life and has to be fulfilling and fun, while in good balance with private life. As always, I will go on expanding my knowledge and I will seriously consider any challenging opportunity.
