Capacity Building and Innovation:Project management of capacity building activities related to Virtual learning Centers project, Early response and community resilience project, Crisis Simulation exercises, including:o Liaison and coordination with teams in HQ and FAO regional Offices;o Development and maintenance of the stakeholders\' network;o Mentorship of new team members;o Development of relevant project materials (workplan, budget, gap analysis etc.);o Implement the use of new tools and innovative solutions to increase work efficacy and engagement.Training & Virtual learning:o Management of e-learning activities, development and delivery of online courses;o Coordinate, develop and deliver training in blended or online modalities;o Analyse the user-friendliness of the learning environment and put forth suggestions for improvement.Events Management:o Organization of large events and workshops, face to face and online;o Management and demonstration the digital events applications and tools during the events.
