I am one of the clinic’s social media leads, developing engaging posts for media platforms to enhance patient outreach and education. Additionally, I conduct patient pre-testing and have learned to operate various eye-testing technologies. I’ve had the opportunity to shadow an RN specializing in eye care and have gained valuable insights into patient treatment and procedures. In addition to assisting with patient flow, I schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and help maintain an organized clinic environment.
