A Client Director is a pivotal role on our client services team to ensure Velocity is meeting clients’ needs in a timely manner. This client-facing role will focus on team leadership, client relationship management, strategy development, and project management related to all client project needs. As a Client Director, the focus will be on elevated levels and projects across all industries. • Lead large scale initiatives to pipeline qualified, available, and interested candidates respective to pipelines and/or target skills • Main point of contact for lead generation projects and talent advisor for large, corporate clients • Pre-identify and forge talent pipelines through passive candidate generation and candidate engagement • Work closely with teams across the Recruiting, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing departments to identify and qualify opportunities and deliver recommendations to new and existing clients • Sourcing and recruiting expert for clients ensuring successful pipelining of candidates • Develop long-term professional relationships with existing, new, and potential clients • Stay current with industry developments and trends and maintain an awareness of competitor activity • Develop and deliver regular data-led updates, and reports and facilitate the execution of service agreements
