About Alesha Sisk
After graduating from East Tennessee State University with a degree in Human Resources, I had no idea what I actually wanted to do with my degree. While in school, I had the best job as a server at Tupelo Honey in Johnson City, TN. I was promoted through the ranks and spent a few years learning the ins and outs of our restaurants. I quickly found my passion was rooted in training and developing new employees in learning the Tupelo way of doing things. I now spend my time working in our corporate office as the Senior Director of Talent & Training. I split my time between talent management, training process management, and new store openings. I am part of the most wonderful HR team who is committed to making sure Tupelo Honey is the absolute BEST that we can be for our employees and our guests!
