Studio Production Coordinator-Production Executive for all passive co-productions & animation projects for UTV Studios-Production Executive overseeing multicam series, Lopez Vs. Lopez -Fulfill Junior Production Executive duties: Produced Second Unit scene for UTV series on Universal Lot Managing various show meetings & oversight (including financial approvals) Supervised the successful deployment of Covid contact tracing tags on 40+ shows - Author series budgets, critical assumptions, and top-line comparables- Draft preliminary pilot/series production schedules & calendars - Negotiate key BTL personnel crew rates & deal points- Identify available tax credits/incentives and engage foreign production services company Canada, Australia, Germany, Mexico, Dominican Republic- Travel to locations (multi-state) in order to establish production offices: Setup vendor accounts, drafting POs, Covid Protocols, making office “turn key” ready for production - Oversee Prep & Wrap process for shows- Main point of contact and resource for Production Staff and Writers’ Room- Scouting offices & establishing vendor accounts for writers’ room - Monitoring production schedules and reports, hot costs, cost reports, call sheets, DOOD, DGA WWLs & deal memos- Manage submission of SAG-AFTRA Production ID, as well as PIFs for DGA, IATSE and Basic Crafts- Ensure all studio policies and required kick-off meetings are adhered to - NBCUniversal Page Supervisor for UTV Production- Provide full administrative support at major studio in executives’ offices with essential daily tasks-Generate expense reports, manage calendars, maintain a full schedule with daily changes, emails, busy phones, coordinate extensive international and domestic travel
