Collect and administrate the Change Requests from countries and discuss on weekly basis in POA forum• Support to describe system/process flows for new and existing functionalities• Support CMS/Storefront related requests and support on new requirements• Drive release management of ‘own’ owned systems and participate in releases of shared asset• First line support on OTO-OTC issues logged by Tech Direct, Jira Service desk and ServiceNow to HP Store Business Support Team• Manage escalations • Understand the full E2E flow between all assets linked to HP Store to be able to explain to users/stakeholder flows• Be part of testing and trainings on new releases to learn new functionalities• Be informed and communicate on any systematic issue linked to HP Store explaining impact to users• Updates by email to stakeholders on weekly performance, achievements, issues and next steps• Updates in Ops review by presenting on performance, achievements, issues and next steps• Comply with and enforce all the client web standards, processes and tools.• Provide technical support in 2nd and 3rd level support to users on IT systems of the client e-commerceenvironment, managing escalations and follow up with different IT systems specialists (IT asset owner).• Being a central point of contact between departments, showing an excellent communication and a strongleadership.• Coordinating communication and relationships between teams.• Prioritizing maintenance and new features backlog.• Active role during the Change Request/Enhancement request chain of proposals for future e-commercestore functionality• Tracking and reporting bugs on cases and system improvements during the testing releases.
