As Creative Director and Product Designer at Chrysalis, I play a key leadership role in shaping both the strategic and experiential sides of CODE—our proprietary business operating system and internal software platform. I co-design the CODE OS framework, a system that helps organizations align strategy, roles, and initiatives with agility and clarity. In parallel, I lead the product design of the CODE app, ensuring the user experience translated the system’s core principles into intuitive daily workflows for teams. My work spans from business system architecture to product UX/UI, as well as brand and communication design, ensuring a cohesive narrative between the methodology, the app, and how it is positioned internally and externally.
