Responsible for next generation battery pack new module integration- Complete ownership of the Thermal Propogation Mitigation System for MK-V.(Patent Pending - Barrier Design)- Engineering ownership for Batter Structural components like Lateral Ribs, Longitudinal Ribs and Shear Webs- Working with the suppliers to optimize the modules to meet internal thermal runaway performance- Working with the supplier to understand and tune the module parameters including Charge Rate for SOC vs Temp to meet the performance requirements and vehicle performance requirements- Designing HV Busbars, HV Cables- Defining Requirements for the next gen. Battery Pack- Running some of the validation test related to battery cycling at specified temperatures to help fast track data pack development (validation team support).
