My primary responsibilities include collaborating with the client service team to deliver a wide variety of projects focused on the design, financing, and ongoing management of the full spectrum of health and benefit suites. In order to accomplish and best serve our clients:I prepare for client meetings by coordinating resources, and compiling all necessary materials and presentations; Provide benefit enrollment support, verify policy and plan information, and update internal systems as needed; Support the client service team in benefit plan analysis, design, cost savings and funding strategies; Leverage optimal WTW services and solutions to best serve our clients. Other duties include facilitating benchmarking studies, preparing summary plan descriptions, and monthly reporting of client and carrier information. Most importantly, I find my team achieves our goals when we are able to build relationships internally and collaborate effectively across the various client service teams we comprise.
