As an Managing Planner at ESA, I assist with and manage the coordination and preparation of CEQA documents for water utilities projects in the Northern California. Job responsibilities include preparing sections for Initial Studies and environmental impact reports (EIRs), completing SWRCB State Revolving Fund applications, managing project finances and technical staff, creating and editing report figures in GIS, and assisting with winning proposal work. I have served as a the deputy project manager for several large, multi-million dollar projects including environmental documentation for a three-part water supply project in the Pajaro Valley, a watershed restoration project for Stanford University, and development of the Flood and Sea Level Rise Resiliency District in San Mateo County. I am also the project manager for multiple CEQA addendums and initial studies for water utility projects in the Sacramento and Bay Area.
