Preparation of weekly and monthly plant P&L with variance analysis and reporting it to the Plant Manager andVP• Prepare month end journal entries, bridge file, checklists• Creating labor report for both union and non-union employees and submitting it to the respective supervisor.• Maintaining production and batch report of the products to monitor the usage and wastage. • Entering the milk receiving in the system and make sure the report matches the Alberta Milk Board report.• Act as a substitute for the Plant Clerk and Accounts Payee in their absence.
