I am an individual that strongly believes in working to better the organization as a whole, while improving my skills along the way. In the past I have sacrificed much of my time for the betterment of the organizations. For example, in my current position at Origami Risk, I work informally with members of our company to teach them the essential skills they need to succeed. I not only help members of my direct team, but anyone that I am able to offer support to. This helps my colleagues become better at their career, leads to the success of our clients and ultimately the company, and allows me to connect with new colleagues. I am a confident leader with values rooted in helping others, challenging myself, and always working my hardest to achieve goals. I hope to better the world through my career and personal life.
