Be Bio, where I raised $52m Series A from Atlas Venture and RA Cap to develop B cell medicines, and Alivio, where I acted as CEO & completed a substantial BD transaction w/ a pharma partner. As a drug developer, I was the lead inventor of AST-008 (Cavrotolimod), a novel TLR9 agonist that showed efficacy Phase 2 clinical trials. As a scientist, I published 18 papers, including first-author papers in Science and PNAS. As an inventor, my patents/applications have been licensed to/owned by 6 biotech companies.
