Taking part in QA effort for multiple web and mobile software applications developed by the company for its clients- Examine technical documentation paying attention to the areas with high risk of failure - Ensure that the project meets quality standards by providing technical guidance in planning, designing, and executing test cases and developing procedures relating to product quality on multiple complex projects- Perform regression testing to verify what issues were fixed, follow up with issues until closure- Work on identifying any gaps for further improvements in testing process/quality- Perform functional, GUI using web usability guidelines and industry standards- Perform various types of testing - functional, regression, usability, stress tests - Defect Management via JIRA - generated defect reports for all stakeholders - Prepare QA project estimates and work breakdown structures for project and QA managers- Work with various QA teams to setup and conduct User Acceptance Test for the product- Prepare and execute test plan, test cases and produce test reports for each release- Validate integration of application with third party video and audio services- Install and configure test environments- Work with project managers, business analysts, and developers to get issues resolved and re-delivered to QA team for retest- Attend meetings and teleconferences on problem resolution if needed
