Responsible for all aspects of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems, working within Central Services supporting the HSQE activities across all functions of the Company.Main responsibilities-Developing, maintaining and continuously improving HSQE strategies, policies, procedures, risk assessments and safe working practices in accordance with the relevant legislation and standards-Providing support and guidance on all HSQE matters across the business-Inspiring and motivating the business towards continuous improvement initiatives-Conducting internal audits, assessments and inspections to verify effective implementation and conformance to legislation, standards and the QMS-Working with external auditors to carry out surveillance and certification visits-Carrying out training and mentoring of staff in relation to HSQE matters-Maintaining the company’s ISO certifications-Influencing at all levels to developing relationships that promotes a positive HSQE culture-Promoting HSQE related legislation as well as best practice-Chairing HSQE review sessions with the Senior Management Team-Ensuring compliance to applicable legal and statutory requirements.
