As a Digital Insights Analyst, I work closely with my team on social and search listening, identifying current and future trends for luxury beauty brands in the digital space. In my day-to-day role, I help build and automate tools that allow stakeholders to learn about and understand these trends efficiently and intuitively. Additionally, I personally work on conducting various analyses, preparing and later presenting reports.My contributions include:• Contributed to crafting a 360-degree digital analysis of a new emerging fragrance product type across multiple markets, focusing on search and social listening to identify consumer needs, pain points, and marketing opportunities for our brands.• Conducted a market overview analysis of a luxury fragrance cluster to further assist our brands with competitive positioning within this cluster.• Helped manage and improve internal digital insights tools to enable company stakeholders to easily navigate them.
