I started my journey a few years ago, where working with a team and communicating with all members was the main obligation at professional work life. My higher education in psychology helps to manage the group, being an effective negotiator, influencer and proactive problem-solver with excellent skills in facilitation, situational awareness, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency. I`ve studied how to maintain visual collaboration platforms that provide an intuitive, engaging, and in-person collaboration experience for every team. Led a team that developed and launched a new product, resulting in a 25% increase in company revenue in the first year. I chose Agile because I know how to bring the team to the implementation of projects of varying complexity. Driven and curious personality with great interest in Agile Scrum and Project Management. With my previous experience at industries, I would now like to use my skills to find a new challenge in Canada.
