ABOUT ALEKSANDER SHABANKOVICH

As a driven person, I am always looking for a new challenge to learn and develop new skills. After completing my Engineering Degree in Russia, I decided to improve my English and so moved to London. This experience taught me many things and offered new opportunities, in which my drive has led me from success to success. After developing my language skills, I have focused on my career in which the roles have developed with me incorporating more responsibilities. My professional experience ranges from high street brands to luxury brands in different sectors, and these have further developed my strengths in data analysis, financial procedures, managing business transactions, staff management and dealing with stressful situations. Although I have good gut decisions I am a data driven person, which I use to back up my decision making. A large part of most of my roles is problem solving which I enjoy and thrive in such situations. I find the most rewarding part of work is when I manage projects from start to finish and recognising the value added, as well as learning from the experience. I also love to develop others and work in innovative teams, which in turn support my growth through the new challenges of continuing success. Yet at the core of my work is the client and ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience, building trust with them. Thus far all challenges put my way have led to great personal development such as from moving from Russia to the UK and learning English, as well as professionally having successfully moved between sectors and thriving, as I never shy from a challenge and always go above and beyond with each and every task. I am always looking for a new challenge and the accompanying opportunities with such change!
