I was brought in to develop a strategy for increasing external funding for research and education at BI, with a focus on securing long-term financial support through strategic partnerships. In addition to shaping the strategy, I play an active role in its implementation, ensuring that initiatives are effectively executed and generate measurable results. Designing and executing a structured funding strategy to enhance financial support for research and education Identifying and engaging key industry and public sector partners to establish long-term collaborations Playing an active role in negotiations and implementation of funding agreements and partnership models Providing strategic advisory and operational execution to ensure successful integration of funding initiativesBy combining strategic planning with hands-on execution, I am contributing to strengthening BI’s financial foundation, enabling greater investment in research, education, and innovation.
