Designed and modified over 80 die shapes for Honda Automotive Parts using Dassault Systèmes CATIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE (CATIA V6), starting from draft part models and iteratively refining tooling geometry• Conducted over 100 formability simulations utilizing Ansys LS-Dyna, analyzing thickness distribution, areas of thickening & thinning and potential wrinkling to optimize sheet metal manufacturability and performance.• Supported Honda part change proposals by applying CATIA V5 to integrate revised geometries.• Developed and maintained an internal parts database using Excel and VBA Scripting, automating the tracking of simulation iterations, modifications and part status, since joining the team.• Created multiple user-defined features (UDFs) in CATIA V5 to streamline DIE Creation for dead surfaces.
