The Managing Partner and co-founder of MKS Immigration Lawyers, recently voted one of the Top 5 Immigration Law Boutiques in Canada. Past Chair, National Executive, CBA Immigration Section Adjunct Professor, University of British Columbia Law School For the past fifteen years, Mr. Stojicevic has been heavily involved with the CBA Immigration Section. A member of the Executive of the CBA (BC) Immigration Section branch since 2003 he was elected in 2004 as a Table Officer with the National CBA Immigration Law Section, serving as Chair from 2008 to 2009. He has most recently been named to the CBA\'s National Sections Sub Committee and Leadership Forum. Dedicated to the mentoring goals of the CLE program in British Columbia, Mr. Stojicevic has been a faculty member for many provincial Continuing Legal Education Society Immigration CLE seminar, CBA (BC) Immigration CLE seminars and National CBA, lecturing on a variety of topics-from Access to Information to the standard of review in immigration cases. He has contributed articles to a number of immigration related publications and has also lectured on immigration issues for a number of NGO’s. Mr. Stojicevic’s practice is limited to Immigration and Citizenship law. He has a varied practice involving clients before all three divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board, and the Federal Court of Canada Mr. Stojicevic advises the human resources departments of many international companies, non-profit organizations, as well as several large education institutions in British Columbia on foreign worker related matters. His practice also involves filing a broad range of economic class applications, humanitarian and compassionate applications, temporary resident permit applications.
