Monthly: Close - Forecast Process:• Closing activities:• Price adjustments: Calculate accruals, reversal of accruals and price adjustment entries (CN/DN) w.r.t sale of volumes by one bottler in one country to another bottler in other country.• Collect FG data from plant and load volumes into TM1/Mosaic.• Sell out upload: Upload Sales made by bottler to end customer.• FIFO: Fall in, fall out, release of last year budget accruals from P&L for those countries where final claim is settled.• P&L check: Reconcile b.w shipments made from Plant both volumes and revenue, price to TM1/Mosaic and cockpit and confirm P&L, Balance sheet is fine to proceed with forecast process.• Price letters: Prepare and send price letters to bottlers for change of prices from time to time and once in a year.• New products/Innovation: Track Volumes, NR, GP margin for the new products launched from the last 3yrs and share to commercialism team.• A27 submission: Yearly submission of A27 to sector w.r.t variance in price to end consumer.b. Forecast process:• Sell out: Upload sales made to end customer.• Variance analysis: Day 2 and Day 4 Flash with reasons for variances b.w Actuals Vs forecast• Collect forecast data from franchise managers and load into TM1/Mosaic, compare actuals with forecast data by week 2 and LE Vs forecast in week 3 and week 4.• Budget change: Upload change of A&M and PTB budgets into TM1/Mosaic• Full P&L analysis for CoC: Compare forecast vs actuals, forecast vs AOP both FTM, YTD, BOY and make required changes if any as per discussion with business partners and planners.• Submit forecast in TM1/Mosaic and check flow of data to Cockpit.c. Month end checklist/GCS controls: For all the above activities prepare checklist and submit to manager for approval.
