As a Sales Manager at Tartufi SR, I am responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in fine dining restaurants industry, offering them high-quality truffle products and services. I leverage my culinary management expertise and gastronomy degree to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations, and to provide them with tailored solutions and recommendations.Before joining Tartufi SR in October 2023, I worked as a Chef De Cuisine at Premier Chef Services, where I designed and executed customized menus and dishes for private and corporate events, catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements. I also supervised and trained a team of sous chefs and kitchen assistants, ensuring food safety and quality standards. Prior to that, I was a Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where I assisted the Executive Chef in managing the daily operations of the kitchen, preparing and presenting a variety of cuisines, and coordinating with other departments. In both roles, I demonstrated my food and beverage, food preparation, and volunteering skills, as well as my passion for creating memorable culinary experiences.
