My legal practice concentrates on assisting Fortune 500 companies and other well-known companies around the world to establish, operate, monitor and grow their investments in Mexico and Latin America. My extensive network of working contacts across the region allows me to provide comprehensive and efficient service to my clients in an expeditious manner. I specialize in assisting companies with their initial expansion into the region as well as helping established companies with all aspects of conducting international business. I maintain a diverse practice representing companies in a broad range of industries, including energy, hospitality (developers, managers and financing), private equity, real estate and retail (including direct sales). I have represented clients in various transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate and tax structuring, project finance and project management. I also have experience in anti-corruption assessment, compliance, consumer law, due diligence assessments, expert witness, human resource and labor law, litigation assessments and privacy law. Drawing upon my 20+ years of “big law” firm experience, I consistently provide high-quality legal and client service. In addition to servicing corporate clients, I routinely partner with law firms that do not have a local presence but require regional expertise.
