Currently leading a team of engineers working on the management firmware of the Maia product line. The responsibilities of my team include- Maintaining and supporting the firmware runtime used by other firmware teams. This includes integrating our embedded OS (ThreadX), enabling low-level interfaces such as UART, proprietary debug IPs, inter-core communication, and managing parts of the boot and shutdown sequences- Maintaining and supporting critical monitoring capabilities for the ASIC (Application-specific integrated circuit), including the handling of corrected and uncorrected hardware errors, crash dump, and telemetry- Overseeing and maintaining the development environment for the broader firmware team (50+ engineers), including build infrastructure, physical lab resources, test automation integration, and firmware release management.
