   We were founded in 1946 by brothers Ernie and Charles Wilson out of an LA garage. Total employees: two. Today, Ernest Packaging Solutions is still family run. Only difference is now, the family is 500 strong. Our goal? To solve any packaging problem or operations conundrum that comes our way. All while having a blast in the process.
