As a proud alumnus of Full Sail University, he transformed his passion for storytelling into a thriving career. Alejandro is not only the founder of the successful Digital Marketing agency, Endless Horizons Media, but he has also dedicated his time and efforts to running a dog rescue organization known as The Paw Stars.Delving into the world of stop-motion animation at the early age of 12 years old, Alejandro was entirely self-taught. This early passion paved the way for the creation of a flourishing brand known as MhMotionBros, amassing over 14.5 million views across multiple platforms. His talent led to collaborations with the renowned toy brand, Mattel, where he crafted captivating stop-motion animations for both Monster High and Ever After High.Before founding Endless Horizons Media, Alejandro held the role of District Manager for the national franchise, Pokeworks, for over 2 years. In this capacity, he managed a team of over 40 people, acted as the human resources point person, and successfully generated revenue for all the Orlando locations throughout the pandemic. His remarkable efforts not only enabled the franchise to keep their doors open during the pandemic but also to expand to Downtown Orlando.Alejandro also brings valuable legislative experience to his repertoire, having worked as a Legislative Aide at the Florida State Capitol. In this role, he diligently contributed to improving the quality of life in Florida communities, assisting in the bill drafting process, and handling all communications, including newsletters, press releases, social media posts, and events from Representative Johanna Lopez’s office.After the legislative session concluded, Alejandro took his passion for community engagement and communications to new heights by becoming the Digital Marketing Director at Dress for Success Greater Orlando, enabling him to leverage his expertise for a greater cause.

   As the Multi-State EcoPoder Coordinator at Poder Latinx, I support the planning and execution of the organization’s national environmental and energy affordability initiatives across multiple states (AZ, CA, FL, GA, NC, TX, and WA). This role focuses on aligning campaign strategy, field implementation, and partnerships to deliver effective, coordinated programs at scale.I work closely with state teams to support energy affordability, utility accountability, and civic engagement efforts tied to key campaign moments and election cycles. A core part of my role is translating national priorities into actionable state plans, ensuring consistency while supporting locally grounded strategies.I also support youth leadership pipelines through internships, fellowships, and organizer training programs, helping build long-term organizing capacity. In collaboration with organizing, communications, and development teams, I help deliver cohesive campaigns, program materials, and partner-facing resources.This role includes representing EcoPoder in partner, policy, and public-facing spaces and contributing to cross-state collaboration that strengthens program impact nationwide.
