With over 25 years of experience in capital markets, I am a motivated finance and banking professional who leads the Central Banks Capacity Building, Asset Management & Advisory Services (CASA) program at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).In my current role, I coordinate and co-lead client engagements for CASA, providing technical assistance and asset management solutions to IDB\'s borrowing member countries. I collaborate internally to design, execute, and deliver client-approved initiatives, leveraging quantitative analysis and risk management tools.Previously, I was the Head of Analytics at the Colombian Comptroller General\'s Office, where I led the digital transformation of the Information, Analysis, and Immediate Reaction Division (DIARI) using artificial intelligence and quantitative risk models for national fiscal budget control.
