ABOUT ALEJANDRO SINISTERRA

I am a CFO with 15+ years of international experience leading turnarounds, integrations, and large-scale capital deployment across the infrastructure, logistics, and consumer sectors. My career spans private equity portfolio companies, sponsor-backed ventures, and strategic corporates, with responsibility for over $1.5B in capital projects and financings across the U.S, Europe, and Latin America.Currently as Chief Financial Officer at Cruise Terminals International (CTI), I lead the group’s global finance function, overseeing a $500M+ portfolio of cruise terminals at various stages of development, construction, and operation. I partner with the CEO and Board to drive financial integrity, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. My role covers end-to-end financial governance of CTI’s SPV — including capital structuring, M&A, treasury, audit, and risk management — while supporting the company’s international growth and capital deployment strategy across multiple markets.Previously, I held senior finance roles with PSA International, where I delivered a $540M greenfield port project and steered multiple businesses through ownership transitions, debt refinancing, and the COVID crisis. Earlier, as founding CFO of Pacific Infrastructure, I raised $290M in equity and $370M in project financing, positioning the company as a recognized player in Colombia’s energy logistics sector.
