ABOUT ALEJANDRO RON

I work where hardware meets the real world. For the last 6+ years, I’ve been the person standing next to the equipment, deploying it, testing it, troubleshooting it, and helping engineering understand how it behaves outside the lab. I’ve supported the rollout of EV charging systems, mobility hardware, and distributed fleets, and I’m at my best when I’m hands-on and close to the product. My strengths are:• On-site hardware deployment and field operations• Troubleshooting and documenting failure patterns• Running preventative maintenance & improving uptime• Building clear, repeatable processes from scratch (0→1 playbooks)• Acting as the bridge between field teams, customers, and engineering• Keeping people safe while managing hardware in dynamic environmentsWhether it’s installing EV systems, inspecting vehicles, coordinating technicians, or building the workflows a team relies on, I focus on reliability, clarity, and making sure the product performs the way it’s supposed to.I’m now looking for roles in robotics, hardware deployment, field operations, technical operations, or reliability/support roles where real-world system behavior matters. If your team works with hardware in the field, I’d love to connect.
