As a Thryv Client Success Manager, I am tasked with managing client accounts and guiding them on how to use Thryv properly, this includes complete set up and training to where the client feels self-sufficient on using the software. Being in a Senior position I also assist with escalated accounts, Thryv troubleshooting and integration, team leadership and floor support, assisting my supervisor with some day-to-day tasks, serve as mentor to new hires to guide them on our daily operations, work on most internal projects within our department, and have helped in the hiring process of new team members.
