Serving since 2018 as Royal Eagle CEO, Alejandro is responsible for building the strategy and team for acquisition and expansion of Royal Eagle Sustainable Portfolio of Companies in renewable energy, financial inclusion, housing, education, health and technology.Alejandro worked for JP Morgan Chase and Citibank under the Wealth Management Division for Latin America Market. Since 2013, he has been involved in more than $1 billion equity and debt advisory transactions for private companies in U.S. and Latin American markets.Areas of expertise:• Senior advisor for M&A, equity and debt structures in Texas and Latin America.• Advisor for Navitas International SA, an energy company located in Panama.• Shareholder and board member of an electricity retail company in Texas.• Real Estate Investor.• Passionate technology advocate for fintech solutions, digitalization and tokenization of assets.Alejandro holds a B.A. Business Degree from Tec de Monterrey [Mexico].As an entrepreneur, he is involved in several nonprofit initiatives related to education for underprivileged boys and girls.
