As a billing agent, I am responsible for receiving and handling client requests with regards to their insurance policy/policies. I am responsible for thoroughly analyzing a client\'s history with the company, considering their specific request, and making decisions based on a client\'s unique circumstances. It is my responsibility to ensure that client\'s are aware of company policies and company programs that may benefit them. I ensure to build relationships with clients in order to establish a positive company image. Behind the scenes, it is my responsibility to ensure that I honour any and all agreements that are made with clients. I am responsible for communicating with other agents to make sure that processes are done effectively and efficiently. By effectively communicating with my team, I have successfully led team meetings and taken part in external projects with other departments. I have displayed leadership and effective communication by training new hires, helping prepare them for the roIe. have also interviewed with other departments within the company.
